A Wellness Coach is a supportive and knowledgeable guide who works WITH YOU to elicit change and transformation in the areas of health, wellness, and personal development.
We coach using tools based in positive psychology, health and nutrition, science backed practices like meditation and mindfulness, and offer energetic healing services, such as reiki.
What does a Wellness Coach do?
A Wellness coach assess’ a client’s physical and emotional state, unique needs, and desired growth path to support sustainable changes that align with the clients goals and lifestyle.
A Wellness Coach Will:
Create a personal road-map for your health journey
Help you uncover what healthy looks like for you
Be your support person on the side
Offer advice, encouragement, direction and support
Work integratively to understand and heal the ROOT of the issue, not just the symptoms.
